Legal & Real Estate Director
Lic. Pablo Ricardo Martínez Espinal
An attorney with over 15 years of experience in civil law and real-estate transactions. He graduated from UTESA with a Bachelor of Laws (2009) and later earned a Master's degree in Contemporary Civil & Procedural Law (2019). A Puerto Plata native, he currently leads Sojuleg's legal and real-estate division, ensuring every transaction is carried out with legal certainty, transparency and full compliance with Dominican law.
